Exams week this week and I have no exams scheduled today. I only have time to drop by. I changed my layout. I made it simpler. It's much easier to manipulate too so when I finally learn how to make major revisions to the script I can make my own lay-out na!
That was only one of the things I want to learn. CSS. I want to learn how to make layouts and stuff. Haha. I also want to learn graphic arts!! I really want to get a Adobe Photoshop CS2 just to give it a try. Putek, mahal. And the last thing I want to learn is.... SPEAK KOREAN! Hahaha. Wala lang, trip lang. Kasi naman, I've worked with Koreans for a year and wala man lang ako nalaman from them. I already know a few words and phrases like "Yoboseyo" which means "Hello", "Anieyo" which means "No/not", "Sang Ill Chuk Ha Hae" which means "Happy Birthday" tapos I also know how to count to three, "hana..dul..set..." Not bad huh? Hahaha
Well, yun lang. I still have exams on PhyAna tomorrow, lab and lec. Yesterday I had exams in Org chem lab and lec and Phar1 so you could just imagine the stress I had to go through. Imagine an analyzation, computation and memorization test all in one day. Hay, a BIG PAIN, I tell you.
Okay, till here na lang. I got to run. Oh, and we have a new computer na!!! Grabe, I'm so psyched!! It comes with a really cool table, printer, scanner, CD-writer and DVD rom all for just 11K!! Hahaha Great deal, noh?

So she pretends she doesn't care, hoping she can make it thru the day full of pain that no one can see. And at night, all she can do is think of what she will never be. This is the only time she is truly happy because in her dreams they're not just friends, he loves her back. She wakes back up knowing she has to face reality. He doesn't love her. There is something that I want to post here today, actually. It was a text quote from Krenzka that I received last night. It was sooo freaking true. Never pa akong tinamaan ng isang text quote like the way that one hit me. Tagos eh!
Alas, yung cellphone ko, nasa bag ko, which is in the package counter. Tanga ko noh. Maybe I'll just post it if ever I have time to come back later, which I doubt. Eh basta bahala na. Basta for sure, ipopost ko yun. Hindi ko lang maforward sa iba kasi bukod sa 4 pages xa (in terms of SMS space), eh hindi pa ako unli today. Insufficient funds...hehehe.
Oh,and Jen emailed me today!!! Wooohooo! It's been almost a month since we corresponded. It was so nice to hear from her again. 
I'm thinking of changing my lay-out nga pala. I easily get tired of my lay-outs kaya bihira sa mga blogs ko ang nagtatagal. So far, eto na ang pinakamatagal kong blog outside of Friendster. Haha. I updated that yesterday nga pala. You can click on "Contacts" sa upper left hand side of this page and there is a link to get there. Ramblings lang naman yun pero it's still worth a read.

I can still hear his very last croak... the sensation of his slippery body against my surgical gloves... the feeling of him wringling in my arms when I did it... I killed a frog.
Well, it was unintentional!!! I didn't do it on purpose. (Wah! There goes the croak in my head again!) You see, I should just pith the frog not kill it.All my other groupmates were done doing it for the pratical exam and I was the only one left who hadn't done it. My ka-Group, Ryan, told me to get it over with. Para nga naman wala na akong problema tomorrow. He handed me the frog he was holding, (NOTE: Froggy was already pithed. Ryan used the frog for his pithing.) since pithed the yung frog na yun, he is not very active na. He still moved around as he tried to escape my grasp. So yun, I went to my teacher na, equipped with a dissecting needle to perform the pithing.
As part of the procedure, I had to ran a nail on the posterior skull of the frog to locate it's foramen magnum then I should stick a needle into it (only about a centimeter of the needle in) and rotate the needle to destroy the Frog's brain. It took me so long to locate the foramen magnum kasi hindi naman mahaba ang kuko ko. Eh, dahil hinihintay ako ng Prof ko, I just stuck the needle where I THOUGHT there was a depression. Nung una, ayaw pa pumasok nung needle (Pramis, sobrang nanginginig na ako nung ginagawa ko yun ) so I used extra force. And when I did, ayun, pumasok na nga and the frog started to make noise and to fidget in my hands. I twisted the needle, unconsciously aware that I've stuck it too deep. So the frog kept on making noise and then finally, he went stopped and he went limp on my hands.
When he did, I check his eyes and saw that they were still open but the pupils were obviously dilated.  Not a good sign. After that, I went back to my group's table (they were opening up the other frog's chest). I checked the frog's reflexes pa din, kung gagalaw pa siya or what but no, he's a goner. I placed him in the canister with water and he didn't swim or anything, he just dropped to the bottom of the can.
Actually, kailangan pa namin yung frog na yun for another experiment so lagot talaga ako. Dumating si Ryan, tinanong kung tapos na daw ako. Sabi ko oo, tas I said "Napatay ko yata eh..." Tinanong niya kung asan na tas I showed him the frog inside the canister. Tumawa lang siya tas sabing, "patay na nga". We dispoed of it dun sa labas ng lab, kasama ng iba pang sumakabilang buhay na palaka. Nagtuturuan pa kaming dalawa kung sino ang kukuha ng panibagong frog para dun sa isa pang experiment. Buti na lang si Lynette and kumuha at nagpith. Hustler na yun sa ganun eh. Hahaha.
Ayun. That's the story of how I killed an innocent frog. Sa totoo lang, marami pa kaming kabrutalan ginawa dun sa mga frogs namin kahapon. Di ko lang talaga makalimutan na nakapatay ako ng palaka. I think in the class, I was the very first one to do so.
Yun na. Ayos lang yun...yun na yata ang last ime naming gagamit ng frogs. I'm glad that's over. In fairness, masaya pagnagffrogs kami.

I'm happy because I am back to Normal. As in Normal, I mean, my way of thinking, the way I do things, see things and react to things. Well, it's not really noticeable in my blog entries, but for the past two weeks, I was really, really different. I don't want to elaborate more on that because I don't want this post to be as long as the last one. Gusto niyo ba yun? Hahaha.
My weekend was fine. I spent Saturday night at Mich's crib where we had the usual Movie Marathon. We watched The Break-up, and parts of The Devil Wears Prada, The Mortuary (it sucks, don't watch it! ) and Tamara. Syempre, we ate a lot na naman. We brought home a bucket of chickenjoy and we bought junkfoods pa tapos, super dami pa ng chocolates sa bahay ni Mich! Hay, I love Saturday nights.
I think I only had less than 20 minutes of sleep nung Saturday so when I went home I was so wasted. I need to memorize pa naman for my Phar1 quiz today. So after a nice, long bath, I went up to my room and started on "The Classification of Drugs". At first, I was on a roll! Considering that I had almost no sleep at all, I was able to memorize the first six kinds, their meanings and examples agad! Pero pagdating sa Antianginals, PAKSHET. Tongue twisters and ang mga example, ni hindi ko na mapronounce. I have to memorize until no. 15 but I called it off right after I went pass number 8.
I slept early last night, then kanina, my alarm went on at 5am. It was soooo cold and ang sarap matulog. I was half-consciously arguing with myself if I was going to attend my 7am class(PhyAna). Then, after after 3 minutes of thinking hard, I finally decided that I would sleep in for another 45 minutes and don't attend PhyAna, INSTEAD(!!!), study the remainder of the Classification of Drugs for Phar1, which is my 2nd subject. Bait ko noh? Napakasipag kong estudyante.
So yun, I'm at the library now. Turns out that only some of the computers were blocked for using Blogger. Good news yun! I just finished studying for my Theo exam which will be in 25 minutes.
Salamat kay Bianca na reader nitong aking munting blog. I read yours too! Napanood ko si Yael nung Saturday, ang galing niya umarte in fairness. Considering that it was his first acting experience. Er..tama ba, first ba niya yun? hehe.
Yun lang, wish me luck for Theo! hahah!
Ay, ay!! May ID na nga pala ako...hehehe. Ang saya, feeling ko ngayon Total na ang aking pagka-Thomasian.

For the record, I'm not going to rant. Ikukwento ko lang ang mga nangyari this week. THESE ARE ACTUAL EVENTS.

Okay, go.
MONDAY. I think I blogged that day and mentioned my PhyAna exam. Well, like I said, it was just horrible. I didn't study, I had no stock knowledge and I didn't even have time to skim through the books. Result = sure failure. Well, I haven't seen the result yet but I'm sure I failed it. The few things I recalled were even wrong. Haha. Hay nako, it's because I didn't know there would be an exam. Akala ko the lesson wasn't finished yet kaya yun. Akala, akala..ayun, bagsak na tuloy ako.
TUESDAY. The whole UST didn't have classes because it was the feast of St. Dominic. There wasn't really anything wrong with Tuesday. Alam ko nagblog din ako nun eh, so check it out na lang. Wehehe. Oh, about dun sa formal report. Nag-online si Paulo and wow, binigay niya sakin ung ACTUAL formal report niya on the same topic. Astig! Hindi ko kinopy-paste ah. I paraphrased it. :) Hehehe.
WEDNESDAY!!!!! Ah, that faithful day. I can still remember it as if it everything that happened that day happened just today (err..gets?) So here goes...
Since same subjects ako pag MW, I had PhyAna lec in the morning again. Thankfully, hindi dala ng Prof ko yung exams so at least I don't get to see my sucky work. Then, Phar1 na naman, as usual, nagendorse lang ng isang libro ang prof ko at inabot na yun ng mga 1 hour tas nagdiscuss siya tas di ko naman naintindihan. Ayun.
Then, lunch break ko na. :) I have 2 hours of break and since I wasn't able to finish my formal report the other night, I went to Nitro (compshop sa Asturias) and worked on it. Like I said, pinaraphrase ko na lang yung report ni Paulo. (hehehe) Kahit ganun, mahirap pa rin. I also did a little research noh. Plus, I also researched for Theo kasi my graded recitation that day. Okay, so when I'm finally done, I had it printed (7 pages=P21 + comp rental=P30 ==P51)then I was off. I have to eat lunch pa so yun. Lunch ko=P34. Kung ano kinain ko, basta. Kailangan magtipid dahil wala na akong pera. Sakto na nga lang eh.
Then, the unthinkable happened. It turned out that the formal report should be printed in a LONG bond paper. I had mine printed on a short one. I have no choice but to have it printed again, eating all my remaining funds INCLUDING my fare home! I'm not kidding! Hindi naman ganon kalaki baon ko noh. So, pano na yan, wala na akong pamasahe pauwi, paano ako uuwi??????
I texted papa, asking him to fetch me at school. Ayaw niya. Malayo daw. Sinabi ko na wala na akong pera. Sabi nia manghiram daw muna ako sa kahit sino. HELLO?!?! Tingin naman niya ganun yun kadali noh. Hindi ko kaya kclose mga classmates ko tas yung mga kakilala ko naman may klase. Anong gusto niyang gawin ko, puntahan sila Paulo sa classroom nila at mangutang?!?! NO!
Ayun, nag-aaway kami ng tatay ko sa text. I called him a couple of times too and he would just hung up on me. Load ko kaya ang nasasayang noh! Then finally, he told me to take a taxi tas sa bahay na lang babayaran. So I took a taxi. It wasn't hard to hail a taxi in USTe anyway. So yun, when I was in a taxi I told papa na mas mahal ang taxi, at ihanda na niya ang money kasi nakasakay na ako. Then, he replies saying na susunduin na lang daw niya ako! How fickle-minded can one get?!?! Argh!
Well, yun, nakauwi naman ako. Papa paid a hundred bucks for the cab and I didn't even talk to him that day. And it was going to be his birthday the next day (Aug 10th). I was feeling guilty. My dad and I are really close and I'm not used to us not talking. Hay..well, it is okay now so kalimutan na yun.
Thursday. Now, what happened yesterday?  We had the practical exam on Muscles in the morning. I studied hard for that exam, I think I did okay. Not outstanding. Mahirap kaya madetermine ang exact location ng muscle, madami na sila, halos pare-pareho pa ng hitsura. Then in the afternoon, another boring Org chem lecture. I listened hard, kahit sobrang nakakaantok talaga magturo si Sir Torres. Nga pala, of all the people that I asked about Sir Torres, bukod tanging si Paulo lang ang nagsabi ng maganda. All the others would say "boring", "nakakaantok", etc, etc.. pero alam nio kung ano sabi ni Paulo?? "Matalino yun eh".. Oh db?? In fairness, matalino talaga siya.
Friday. Today. Okay, so I had my one ang only class today which is Theo then I have to stay a while longer at school because we had to practice for our presentation in Phar1 for Monday. I was expecting it would last for an hour or two kaya buong baon ang hiningi ko sa papa ko. Eh wala pang 30 minutes natapos na namin eh, kaya yun, umuwi na lang ako ang thankfully, wala dun si papa kaya hindi binawi yung baon ko. :)
Haba ba? Hehehe...sorry. Okay, so it wasn't really a crappy week. It was just Wednesday that didn't go well. OA na kung OA. hehe.
I have 3 exams this Monday including this MAJOR memorization for Phar1. Hay, masurvive ko kaya?? Kaya yan.

Eto na ang hirap ng pagiging Pharmacy student, ang walang kamatayang formal report para sa lab subjects. This time, it's assigned to me and I should do it. The only problem is... I have absolutely no idea how!!
Well, I've done about half of it already. I've already typed the methodology and introduction na kokpyahin lang naman straight from the manual. My problem now is writing the STUPID abstract, the results and the discussion of the results. I can't write the results yet kasi yung lab notebook namin nasa isang kagroup ko kaya kahit anong gawin ko, I can't possibly finish this tonight. Yes, I have 2 hours of break tomorrow before Chem lab, what better thing to kill time than to do a formal report, di ba? Hay...
I'm waiting for Paulo to come online now. Siya lang ang makakatulong sa akin dito. Hustler na yun sa paggawa ng mga reports eh. Hehe. I bugged my classmate, Princess, para lang tanungin siya sa kung ano ba ang format at mga ilalagay sa stupid formal report na yan.
Okay, on a totally different note, walang pasok ngayon...nanaman. Supposedly, pupunta kami nila Chucky at Ping sa science. La lang, pero dahil sa nagkaroon ako ng ibang lakad at tinamad na si Chucky, hindi na lang. :) I met Virna today sa Rob Place. :) Saya, it's the first time I saw her again after about 2 or 3 years. =)
Sino ba si Virna? Si Virna ay ang classmate ko nung 1st year na taga-cainta. Since half ng first year and second year life ko, ako ay uwian sa Antipolo, siya ang kasabay ko palagi. :) Sa kanya ako thankful dahil hindi boring ang biyahe ko papuntang Antipolo palagi. Ayun, nagkita kami kasama si Ashley. Kumain lang naman kami sa Mcdo.
Ay, ay!!! Nakita rin namin si Krenz! At eto pa, may kasama siyang boylet! Kumakain din sila sa Mcdo tas pagkatapos daw ay manonood sila ng Sukob. Uuyyyy....daaaattttteeee...hahah! Peace krenz!! :)
Ayun, tomorrow may pasok na ulit. :) tapos na ang maliligayang araw ko. Tinanong nga ako ng tatay ko kung bakit lagi na lang akong walang klase or walang pasok eh. Hehe. Eh yung UST naman ang may kasalanan noh. Ay shet, bukas malalaman ko na ang result ng aking horrifying PhyAna quiz. Patay na...
Yun lang, susubukan ko ng ifigure out itong pakshet na lab report na toh. Kailangan ng magsiryoso!!!

Wala nanamang klase kaya eto, tambay ulit ako naga-update ulit ako ng blog. hehe.
Hay... tomorrow, no classes ulit. Ang saya ng buhay ng mga Thomasians noh? Pagbirthday ng kung sinong dean, walang pasok; pagfeast day ng isang santo, walang pasok; pagnamatay ang isang EX-dean, wala nanamang pasok. Saan kaya napupunta ang malaking tuition na binabayad namin kung laging walang pasok??
Okay, so di naman talaga laging walang pasok. Minsan naman, may pasok, pero walang klase. Tulad ngayon, today!! Pumasok ako ng 7am for my PhyAna (ayoko ng ielaborate, pangit ang simula ng araw ko!), then, maagang natapos kasi may quiz(yun ang dahilana kung bakit sira ang araw ko...) so maaga ang dismissal. Dahil hindi pa ako nakakapagbreakfast, kumain muna ako sa McDo. :)
Pagbalik ko sa Main, I saw this notice sa may monitor ng guard ordering all BS Phar freshmen to proceed to the Medicine Auditorium for orientation. E di ako naman nagulat...does this mean...? and I was right. Nung umakyat ako sa supposed classroom kong 212, walang tao. Wala akong Phar1 so baba ulit ako at tinanong ko sa guard kung hanggang anong oras ang orientation. Sabi ng guard, hanggang 12 daw. My next class was supposed to be at 12 (THY1), eh ano namang gagawin ko sa UST sa loob ng 4 hours? Ayun, umuwi muna ako.
Tinext ko yung isang classmate ko sa THY1 at tinanong ko kung may Theo pa, sabi niya di siya sure kasi daw hanggang 12 ang orientation at kakain pa sila ng lunch. Sabi ko itxt ako kung meron o wala. Dahil wala akong natanggap na text, kinailangan kong umalis ng bahay ng 11 para makapasok sa theo KUNG may theo. Pero pagdating ko, ayun, empty classroom din.
I'm not being a hypocrite here, I LOVE it when there are no classes. Pero kung lagi naman tulad ng nangyayari ngayon, eh sobra na naman yun. Sa Aug 28 exams nanaman, bayaran ng tuition. Sayang lang ang binabayad, marami na ngang suspension dahil sa weather, tas meron pang mga suspensions dahil sa kung anong reason.
Naku, nagrereklamo na naman ako.
Ay, ay! meron naman isang magandang nangyari ngayong araw na toh. :) Nagpagupit si CRUSH!!!!! Gwapo niya, mas hawig na niya tuloy si Julian ngayon. Hay, pagpasok pa lang niya ng room, parang nagslow-mo eh tas parang may malakas na hangin na tumama sa mukha ko. Hahahahaha! Tama na nga...hehe.

Yeah, I know, the title sounds a bit... lame and baduy but it is the reason why I'm happy today, because it didn't rain. :)
Don't get me wrong, I love the rain! I love everything about it. I just didn't like it lately because it's been raining a lot. I had to go to school carrying my file case and backpack then I had to carry my umbrella pa. Sobrang hassle. And you know what more? Yung aking new shoes, now ruined. Hay...
Remember the last time I wrote here was last friday, diba? After nun, nagkita kami nila Chucky, Rachelle and Xavier sa mega to watch Sukob. Nung uwian na, umuulan, may payong ako kaso SIRA(malas!) eh eto namang si Chucky, walang payong kaya ayun, sinugod namin ang ulan. Nabasa kaming dalawa. Hay...
Ay, ay!! I have just thought for a use for this blog!! Since wala naman masyadong vistors toh, I can rave here all I want about........ MY GIRL!!! Grabe, these past few days I've been so preoccupied by thoughts of Jasmine and Julian na kapag naaalala ko silang dalawa, I can't help but smile. I know mukha akong tanga, di naman alam ng ibang tao kung ano nginingiti-ngiti ko. Eh bakit ba? favorite ko yun eh. =D
Sige na, I just remembered I have to take notes for PhyAna lec pa. Kailangan kong bumawi.
Nga pala, I failed Org Chem test. BUT, I only got one mistake in Phar1. Uno nga ako dun eh. :) hehe.
